Two new members of the Management Board started on March 1, 2024: Stefanie Rheker took over as Head of Human Resources; Philippe Vienney is the new Chief Financial Officer. With them, two experienced managers have been appointed to the Management Board. Stefanie Rheker has many years of experience in human resources management. Since 2006, she has held various specialist and management positions at Arvato, a Bertelsmann subsidiary based in Gütersloh, which specializes in logistics services, among other things. Since 2015, the 44-year-old psychologist has held global HR responsibility as Chief Human Resources Officer. Economist Philippe Vienney (58) has been with FORVIA for 25 years, where he has held various management positions in Finance & Controlling and has been Chief Financial Officer of the Business Group Clean Mobility since 2015.
