Who doesn't know them, the seven HELLA corporate values. HELLA and the French automotive supplier Faurecia will soon be operating under one roof. Consequently, the question arises what cultural similarities exist between the two companies and in what respects they may be different.
HELLA and Faurecia have a similar set of values. This can be seen just by looking at the Faurecia company values. In addition to the company values, Faurecia stands for six fundamental convictions. Through these, a positive impact on the environment, economy and people is to be ensured. A short film entitled "Faurecia Convictions" presents some concrete actions Faurecia is taking to put these convictions into practice.
