The Flat Beam 500 from HELLA is a compact LED work lamp with an elegant design. The low housing depth (only 30°mm) is ideal for mounting in tight spaces. The lens of the Flat Beam 500 has been developed specially to channel the light beams at 45° towards the ground, even with flat wall mounting. This means that even flat-mounted lamps provide good illumination of the work area.
This highly efficient work lamp contains 30 energy-efficient LEDs, which only consume 7 watts of power. To achieve the same output with a 12-volt headlamp, 55 watts (e.g. H3) are required. The vehicle’s reduced energy consumption brings significant energy cost savings, and is also good for the environment. Its 550 lumen light output is enough to provide homogeneous illumination for close-range work.
The work lamp can be operated with 12 as well as 24 volts. The integrated electronics protect the device in the event of polarity reversal and guarantee constant brightness even with the operating voltage fluctuating between 9 and 33 volts.
The extremely flat design offers flexible mounting options, e.g. on the rear wall of lorries. This work lamp's plastic housing protects it from corrosion, making it ideal for use in the harshest of conditions.
