Superseal plug connectors

HELLA offers a comprehensive selection of Superseal materials as well as the necessary crimping and release tools needed for installation. HELLA Superseal plug connectors comply with IEC 529 regulations and DIN ISO 40050 and come with protection class IP 67, which offers the maximum level of water and dust proofing. The quality of the Superseals makes these connections ideal wherever other interconnection systems reach their limits due to adverse pressure or humidity conditions. Contacts
The SUPERSEAL system is based on a traditional crimp contact concept with additional single conductor insulation that allows it to meet the stringent sealing requirements. The specially designed pliers can be used to connect and seal cables in a single work step.


Housing
The glass-fibre reinforced PA 6.6 contact housings are sturdy and strong. The click-in system with silicone seal guarantees a clean connection, while the additional secondary locking system holds it in place more firmly and offers greater tensile strength.
