Connection mechanism

The "wedgelocks" used for secondary locking facilitate precise, strain-resistant alignment of the contacts and are "clicked" into position on the contact side of the DT housing. If this secondary lock does not sit correctly when inserted, it automatically locks in the intended position when the connector and housing are connected.
