HELLA Rain Light Sensor is a multi-function sensor that enable customers to select various combinations of functions from 5 different functionalities. RLS modular concept offers a customized combination of:

Rain detection for automatic control of wiper system
Light sensor for automatic control of headlights, interior light, tunnel and overpass detection
Sun load detection with optional 2-zone or 4-zone functionality
Head-up display (HUD) function for automatic brightness Input
Humidity / temperature sensor for windshield fogging detection
