Maximum safety with HELLA warning lights
When visibility is crucial for safety, HELLA warning lights are exactly the right choice. Whether on the construction site, in winter service or for in-house traffic – our powerful warning systems ensure that your vehicle is seen. For all those who are out and about when others have already finished work.
Warning lights in use: See and be seen
Indispensable in any weather
On the road and at work, conditions often change faster than expected: Fog rolls in, it suddenly snows or it gets dark earlier. It is precisely at such moments that HELLA warning lights show their strengths. The intense light signals are clearly recognisable even in adverse weather conditions and poor visibility. This means that your vehicle is always visible to others – even from a great distance. This ensures safety in unclear situations and significantly reduces the risk of collisions.
An invaluable advantage, especially for construction site transport or in-house logistics:
- Clear visibility in all weather conditions
- Early warning effect for greater safety
- Ideal for unclear operating locations
Suitable for all vehicle types
HELLA warning lights are designed in such a way that they can be flexibly installed on almost any type of vehicle . Whether you are driving a tractor along country lanes or a heavy goods vehicle on the motorway at night – our systems adapt. There are variants for surface-mounted, flush-mounted and integrated front flashers. We also offer the right solution for smaller vehicles such as forklift trucks in warehouses or municipal sweepers. You benefit from sophisticated installation systems and universal connection options. This makes retrofitting or series integration much easier:
- For universal use on many vehicle types
- Surface-mounted, flush-mounted and front flasher variants available
- Ideal for fleets with a wide range of different vehicles
Technical highlights of our warning lights
LED technology for maximum efficiency
HELLA consistently relies on modern LED technology for its warning lights. LEDs offer outstanding luminous efficiency with very low energy consumption. This is a great advantage, especially for vehicles with a limited power supply – such as tractors or municipal vehicles. At the same time, LEDs are characterised by an extremely long service life . This significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtimes . LEDs also provide instant light output without a warm-up phase – perfect for immediate use.
LED technology promises:
- High light output with low energy consumption
- Long service life for reliable continuous operation
- Immediate full warning effect without delay
Robust design for tough applications
Our hazard warning flashers are built for extreme conditions. Whether it's strong vibrations on construction sites, salty air in winter service or continuous use in the warehouse – HELLA warning lights can take it all. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic or aluminium and the electronics are protected against dust and water (IP protection classes). Even temperature fluctuations from -40 to +60°C do not impair the function.
Thanks to this robustness, our lights are particularly durable – even with daily use:
- Shock and vibration resistant for rough environments
- High protection against dust and moisture (IP)
- Temperature-resistant for year-round use
Simple installation, flexible application
Warning lights from HELLA are designed for many installation options: with magnetic base, screw mounting or installation frame. The electrical connection is made via standard connections, which facilitates integration into existing systems. Programming (e.g. flashing patterns) is also user-friendly. This saves time when retrofitting or in the workshop. This is a real efficiency advantage for fleet customers.
Advantages of flexible application:
- Quick and easy installation
- Various installation options
- Intuitive handling even when retrofitting
Wide range of variants: From front flashers to compact solutions
Front flashers for discreet integration
Front flashers can be installed inconspicuously in bumpers or the vehicle front end – a perfect solution for vehicles where appearance and function need to be combined. Despite their low visibility when not in use, they are extremely conspicuous during operation. Installation is space-saving, and thanks to the modular design, front flashers can be synchronised with other lights. Special vehicles that need to be discreet when travelling also benefit from this solution. HELLA offers a wide range here
Important:
- can be integrated unobtrusively into the vehicle design
- conspicuous effect during operation despite flat design
- ideal for discreet but effective warning systems
synchronisable systems
A major advantage of modern warning lights is their ability to synchronise. Several lights can be linked together to flash simultaneously or alternately – this significantly increases the signalling effect. This is a clear safety benefit, especially for long vehicles or vehicles with trailers. Synchronisation is easy via the control unit or the vehicle control system. A harmonious light pattern can be created for vehicles with special bodies. This ensures a professional effect and standardised warning systems.
What you need to know about synchronisable systems:
- Multiple lights can be coordinated for a strong signalling effect
- Simple connection via control unit or cable
- Ideal for large vehicles or complex lighting systems
Why HELLA: Warning lamps with system
Modular expandability
A major advantage of our systems: They grow with your requirements. Our warning lights can be combined with other HELLA components – such as work lamps, light control or acoustic warning systems. The result is a well thought-out lighting concept from a single source. That saves time during planning and ensures compatibility. The system also remains flexible for later expansions. A real added value for fleets or special vehicles.
Important:
- Can be combined with other HELLA products
- Standardised interfaces and simple integration
- Flexibly expandable for new requirements
