HELLA among one of Forbes World’s Best Employers 2020

Shanghai, 24 December 2020. The automotive lighting and electronics expert HELLA was recognized as one of the World’s Best Employers 2020 by the international business magazine Forbes for its good working conditions. The ranking list, based on intense employee surveys, confirms that the automotive supplier promotes and supports talents and responds well to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For the World’s Best Employers list, in June and July 2020 Forbes evaluated employers in different categories by surveying 160,000 full-time and part-time workers of different companies in around 58 countries worldwide. The categories include the participants’ rating of their willingness to recommend their employer to others, their general satisfaction as well as the employers’ reactions to COVID-19, gender equality, talent development and social responsibility. In total, HELLA ranked 284th out of the top 750 global companies.
