When developing this headlight in which daytime running light, in addition to the low-beam, high-beam and position light, has also been integrated, the special requirements of the truck sector in particular have been taken into account. The requirement for a sound concept which takes the rigorous demands of daily use into account led meant that the LED, a durable and vibration-resistant light source, was the logical choice.
The first LED headlight for trucks represents a further milestone in the long-running history of HELLA. Due to the specific benefits of LED light sources, use in the area of commercial vehicles is set to become widespread in the long run - and HELLA will continue to play a leading role in their development.
