Hella Australia appoints Tim Trainor to the Role of General Manager - Aftermarket

February 2011 - Hella Australia announces the appointment of Tim Trainor as General Manager, Independent Aftermarket.

Tim brings extensive automotive aftermarket experience to this senior role which oversees all of Hella Australia's independent aftermarket business segments that include lighting, filtration, thermal management and mining industry products.

Tim joins Hella Australia after a five year tenure as General Manager of Trico Products. During this period he presided over the Trico Windscreen Wiper brand's rise to majority market share leader, while diversifying the company's product offering outside of wipers through the introduction of new products and distributor arrangements.

Prior to his senior management role with Trico Products, Tim spent five years with high end design orientated building products company Rogerseller. During this period he progressed from NSW Commercial Manager to State Manager and ultimately National Business Development Manager.
