High Potential Development Program

The LEAP Program is our top talent program within China entities. It is a leadership development training that switches between training sessions ("forums") and project work ("field work) over a period of approximately six-seven months.

LEAD Summer School Program is designed with 3 training sessions to help the high potentials to develop your leadership skills, learn and apply the HELLA Leadership Model with its 4 dimensions so that you could best support HELLA’s critical and complex business development needs in Asia Pacific.

Long Term Award and Star Employee

Employees are the basis and core part of HELLA. We valued the development of employees and commend their loyalty and outstanding contributions. We have Long Term Service Award, aim to encourage and reward employees who are dedicated to service in HELLA for a long term, appreciate and recognize their loyalty and dedication. The only condition of our prize is service year, no matter the job, no matter the title, everyone has the same opportunity.
